Patient story 01
“I wanted to smile without looking as though I had bought a new one.”
Beth came in asking about whitening and bonding before a family wedding. Priya first showed where the uneven colour came from and why whitening alone would not change the small edge chips. They agreed a staged plan: monitored whitening, then a review in daylight. Only two teeth needed conservative bonding. The final appointment included photographs at conversational distance, not just a close-up, so Beth could judge the whole smile.

“The useful part was being told what not to change.”
Alex arrived with a screenshot folder and uncertainty about Invisalign. James mapped the bite, photographed the side view and explained which asymmetries were healthy character rather than a problem. The digital simulation compared a shorter alignment plan with a longer cosmetic ideal. Alex chose the shorter course, kept the natural tooth shapes and added no bonding. Retainers and future replacement costs were written into the plan before treatment began.
